Simply Red Diced Tomatoes are prepared from mature vine-ripened tomatoes which are washed, sorted, and peeled prior to dicing. Salt is added for flavor and calcium chloride and naturally-derived citric acid are added as a processing aid. The tomatoes are then topped with a bright red juice.
