This Fully-Prepared Pizza Sauce is made by concentrating mature, tomatoes to a thick consistency. A portion of seeds and peel remain in the finished pulp to produce an authentic, coarse texture. Salt, oil, special pizza sauce flavorings and Romano Cheese are then blended into the tomato base. This product is service ready, though some operators prefer to add water to achieve their desired consistency.
